My experience at Southwest Dentistry was very pleasant from the time I walked in the door til the moment that I left. I was informed of how the procedure was going to take place and was given several chances to ask questions. During the procedure, I was constantly asked if I was OK. I'm very impressed. Thank you for your professionalism and honestly caring.

I had never been to a dental office that I enjoyed going to, until I started going to Southwest Dentistry. I feel so well taken care of and never knew how pleasant going to the dentist could be. Didn't go to the dentist for like 3 years because I had a bad experience at my old dentist's office- tried again at this office and had the best experience with Haile & Llana 🙂 They were both super friendly and kept making sure I was doing ok! The Dentist herself was also really personable and helpful but I forget her name :')

Highly recommend! I saw Dr Gbemi for a new mouth guard due to a history of grinding my teeth while sleeping. I happened to mention I had a problem with snoring and possible sleep apnea. After some minor testing he was able to determine I need a custom made mouth guard that would not only eliminate the nightly teeth grinding, but one that would also open up my airway to eliminate the snoring problem which inhibited proper breathing. I had the best night’s sleep the very first night after wearing the new mouth guard and continue to have great sleep. I feel refreshed every morning. I highly recommend Dr Gbemi.

Southwest Dentistry staff were pleasant and friendly and thorough in completing my appointment with x-rays, cleaning, polishing and I would recommend their services. Very thorough and took extra care to remove stains. My questions regarding teeth enamel and gum care were answered with their expert advice. Had not been to a Dentist in years out of fear and then out of shame for not going for so long. But the team at Southwest were amazing. Lori took x-rays and polished my teeth and took good care of me . She could not have been more awesome. Dr.Jaimie was amazing. So nice and took time to explain any issues and . This office is good people who care about their patient and families. My dad was a patient there and loved it. He recently passed away and I called to pay his bill and they called me back and told me he actually would be due a credit because he didn't finish the work he paid for and was soon to have. This is complete honesty, I had no clue. Had they not found me on facebook and messaged me to call them I would not have know. I really appreciate this office and their patient care an family care. True compassion and honesty!

The group at Southwest are ALWAYS courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, highly-skilled, and fun! From scheduling to procedural work to billing, Insurance, and follow-ups, I’m always impressed with the care I receive with every interaction at Southwest. An emergency led me to this office and I couldn't be happier not for the cavity in my wisdom tooth, but for such wonderful staff and dentist who took great care of me. I had never been to this office before but went there soley on urgency and gut instinct based on their excellent reviews on Google. I recommend Southwest Dentistry! My first visit was calm, quick and concise. I look forward to returning for future services. Appointment was scheduled for 11:20, I arrived ~10 minutes early and was seen immediately. Multiple X-ray images and a confident, satisfactory consultation performed all under thirty minutes.

I had went to another dentist office in Grove City for years that I was happy with however my insurance changed and they no longer took my insurance. I first tried a different provider that was In Groveport and was very unhappy with the services and “over treatment/ unnecessary treatment” my kids and I received at their office. I was again on the search for a dentist that would take care of us and only have our best interest in mind and not financial gain. We have been to Dr. Gulu several times now and each time he carefully does his exam and will not do unnecessary treatments and will only treat us for the things that are actually needing treated. I feel it is very important that you can trust your dentist to do the right thing with your mouth! I am very happy we found Dr. Gulu and we did not have to experience any more bad dentists before we found him!

Cannot say enough good. I am wimp when you get me into a dentist chair. Confidence in the people who provide the care is the only way I can do it. Everyone at Southwest are not just exceptional at what they do, they are friendly and make you feel at home. I know they value both me and my opinions. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

The doctors and staff at Southwest dentistry are second to none. The receptionist and dental staff make you feel like you’re part of the family. Dr Gbemi, has such a soft and gentle demeanor. One would never feel tense or uptight around him. Happy my wife found this office. Definitely a patient for life.

Clean, Friendly Staff, no waiting forever even though you had an appointment. They don't over book appointments. Dr. Gulu takes great concern in your dental health. He will go over your x-rays with you. Explain everything giving you your best options. The Dental Hygienist are wonderful as well. They do a excellent job. And then Dr. Gulu will come in and check everything over before you leave. They are just wonderful. And Mary will check you out. She is very nice. And take care of the rest of your needs. Scheduling, insurance ECT. She is a Rock Star with insurance, and estimates.

I met Dr. Gulu 18 months ago in the middle of a bad tooth ache. As a walk in Dr. Gulu made time to see me. He gave solid advice and care. I wish I would have made regular appointments over the last 18 month. I saw Dr. Gulu again this week. I received the same quality service with a proper push on seeing him more often. Dr. Gulu is a great dentist that provides quality care and knows how to comfort patients. .

With the onset of the virus, my appointment had been delayed. I received plenty of advanced information of my visit would entail. Upon arrival, I was required to wear a mask, my temperature was taken and I was taken in for my appointment. All of the proper protocols were in place. My visit there was very pleasant. It was more like visiting old friends. Thank you to everyone at Southwest Dentistry . My hygienist is the best !

Southwest Dentistry was quick to schedule us, hygienist was right on point (professional with awesome chair side manners) Front office was sweet, understanding and organized. Dr. Gulu was able to fit us into his busy schedule right away. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great dentist in Grove City, OH.

6'1" 220 lb life long construction worker/complete baby when it comes to the dentist lol. Had so many bad experiences in the past at other dentists. Dr Gulu and his associates are amazing! I went in for an extraction, I was mortified, they made certain I was comfortable, were very compassionate, and extremely efficient. I am a lifelong patient now. This is your new dentist if you fear dental work, they will treat you right.

Dr. Gulu is by far the best dentist I have been to. He makes you very comfortable. Ensures you have no pain during procedures. I have been going to him since back around 1996 or so. His office staff are helpful and very polite in all actions relating to your appointments and payment practices. I would suggest giving his services for your dental needs a try. Dollar amounts for services are more than reasonable and they work well with each individual on payments. HE IS A GREAT DENTIST !!

My husband my granddaughter and myself all were able to get into an appointment at around the same time on the same day. The team there were all very friendly and helpful. My wife and son went for their first appointment in the morning. Both were very happy and told me how nice the office was and how professional the staff was. I went later in the day for my first appointment. I am not a fan of teeth cleaning, but this was a great experience. I was relaxed and had little to no anxiety. And I have to second...or third..lol..what my wife and son said about the office and staff. We are all very happy!!!

I have been going to Dr. Gulu for nearly 30 years, and He is truly a very gifted dentist. He and his office team act like they truly care, and his work shows it! They are always polite and make you feel very comfortable in what could be a scary atmosphere, but not there! They treat their patients with care, I believe that He is the best dentist around!

I am new to the Columbus area and needed a regular check up. The staff were very friendly and kind! The dentist made it a point to introduce himself and get to know me. He also pointed out something in my x-rays that no dentist has ever caught or informed me of throughout all of my regular checkups. It wasn't anything serious but it was definitely good to know about. It was reassuring to see the attention to detail that he brought to my teeth. I will definitely be a returning client.

I have not been to the dentist in 8 years because going to the dentist makes me very nervous! The lady who took care of me and Dr Gulu were so understanding made me feel so comfortable talked to me and made my experience a very pleasant one! I love Dr. Gulu and his staff! I've been going there for a couple years now after a bad experience with another dentist in town. Dr. Gulu and his staff made me feel comfortable and important. My wife has been going to Dr Gulu since the 90's and raves about his work. I had dentures made at another dentist years ago. They broke on 3 different occasions and never fit properly. Got a new set made by Dr Gulu and the difference is unbelievable. Dr Gulu was very thorough and took pains in fitting me. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I always have a great experience at Southwest Dentistry, Love all the ladies and Dr. Gulu. I have been going to Dr. Gulu for years and will continue going there. Everyone is so nice and they treat you like an old friend or family. As far as the dental work Dr. Gulu does his best to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. My wife and I have been seeing Dr Gulu for over a year now and enjoy the fact that we can make the appointments together at the same time. We both have had great experiences with the doctor and especially with his entire staff. They are all caring people. We switched dentists due to insurance changes when I retired. The best thing is that Dr Gulu does no try to sell us on procedures that we didn't need as did my old dentist of 10 years. I have visited Dr. Gulu for over twenty years. After a root canal I was able to return to work with no discomfort. The office staff are wonderful. Really blunt. I can't stand the Dentist. I'm a afraid of everything from the drill to the needle. This man Dr. Gulu made me feel so comfortable, he's so non judgemental, his staff makes you feel like family. Wow can't say enough. Seven fillings in one day (due to my fear of dentist) in less than a hour. Gulu has a hand like a feather, barely tell he's in your mouth. To risk silliness, I can't wait to get my teeth cleaned in June. A+, A+, A+

I have been going to southwest dentistry for many years. I love the new office! I received a cleaning that that was overdue. They did a good job. I have been here for root canals and they were pain free. Dr Gulu has a gentle touch. He is friendly and strives to make sure you are comfortable. Mary the office manager is great to work with. I never have anxiety going to this office. Everyone is friendly and laid back. So happy a friend referred me years ago!

I have been a patient of Dr Gulu for more than 30 years. Any time I've had to have any work done, Dr. Gulu couldn't have been more of professional. He is excellent at what he does. I have been going to Dr. Gulu for 28 years. I think he had just finished college when I became his patient. My entire family is patients of Dr. Gulu. We all trust his abilities. He is very gentle and takes time to answer your questions and concerns. All of his staff is amazing and I enjoy seeing them also. I think Mary has been with him forever also.

What can I say about Dr Gulu, he is funny, gentle ,kind and is a great dentist. The office girls are great and have know them for a long long time. Mary is just like my daughter as she is one of my daughters best friends. Doc runs a tight ship but has time to talk to you about what has to be done. Oh way the way Doc please don't try to knot me out with that light again. (just kidding)

I was having breakfast one Saturday morning with my Mom and Sisters and was telling them I needed to have some much needed dental work done that was way over due. My sisters told me to quite being a baby and contact Southwest Dentistery. And man was I glad I listened to them for once. Dr.George Gulu and his staff are very professional and friendly. I was recently in for a six-month and cleaning. As usuu a l, it was stress-free. Dr. Gulu greeted me by name and I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes. Dr. Gulu did his exam, and the hygenist quickly made me comfortable and started to work. Within a half hour, I was finished, had my next appointment set up and was out the door. Everyone there is always kind and attentive. The office is clean, comfortable and roomy.

My husband and I found Dr. Gulu's office after leaving another dental office in town that was way to pushy (I have never had a cavity in my life, and this other office told me I had 20some, and wanted to anesthetize me to fill them all!!). Dr. Gulu and his staff do not practice that type of dentistry and are very nice! We have been using his office for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. George Gulu is one of the best dentists in Central Ohio, I have referred many family and friends to him and his staff. Their office is centrally located in Grove City which is easy access in Columbus. I recently broke a tooth and had to have an implant, he referred me to an oral surgeon who was phenomenal and now I'm back to his office for a crown. I trust Dr. Gulu and his staff 150%. It was so nice to return to Dr. Gulu and his wonderful staff. This is a fantastic Dr. and awesome associates who make you feel comfortable and at ease. After a few years of personal hardships, I decided it was time to resume my oral regime and get back to the best dental team that I have ever had. So glad I did!

I had to get a filling yesterday. I was nervous going into this and actually had a mini anxiety attack beforehand. I have had 1 other filling in my life and it was a horrible experience with a different office. This procedure was so different! Very impressed! I literally felt nothing but the vibrations of the tools. No pain what so ever. Also, the actual placement of the filling was maybe 5 mins. Dr. Gulu really knows what he's doing and his staff are so friendly. I am looking forward to my next cleaning. Thank you for making this experience a good one.

I was able to obtain a next day appointment for a broken tooth. I was expecting a root canal, post, crown and every other service but it was a quick 20 minute procedure. As always, every staff member is pleasant, friendly and courteous. I wish every medical provider would provide the caring environment Dr. Gulu and his staff provide.

I was referred to Dr. Gulu by my child's pediatric dentist after my longtime dentist retired. I tried another practice where I was given constant sales pitches for services I was not interested in. Dr. Gulu has excellent chair side manner and he actually listened to me! What do you know? Patient-centered dental care in Grove City. His staff is excellent as well! Highly recommend this practice.

I love this dental office! As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The staff is so personable and kind. I use to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Gulu changed all of that. He is gentle and patient and thoroughly explains any procedure you may need. The staff takes time to get to know you and genuinely take time to listen. I live in Columbus and drive a nice distant to Dr. Gulu's office. I do like Dr. Gulu as my Dentist and appreciate his down to earth personality. the Dental Hygienist name Lori is so gentle and very neat and clean while performing her duties. It took awhile to find someone like her, therefore, I'll continue to do the drive as long as she's around 🙂

We were quite pleased with our first appt with Dr. Gulu. Everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Gulu didn't seem like the kind of dentist that wants to do all kinds of unnecessary things to your teeth. Some dentists out there are wanting to do all kinds of things even thought it's not necessary, just to pay for the Range Rover. We hope to be long time patients.

I was so nervous to come to the dentist because of a past dentist that told me I needed to see an oral surgeon. I was scared. Dr Gulu and his staff made me feel at ease and took care of my situation. No need for an oral surgeon. This gave me new hope in taking care of my teeth. I recommend this practice to everyone

Really love coming here for my visits. Everyone is so nice and friendly! I don't have to wait long and I am done in my appointment quickly too. first visit to this dentist was when i was 23 he was with smile makers. I loved him he was pretty new ,But no pain what so ever i fell in love Lost track of him when he left then accidently saw his sign on the west side we reconnected Been with him ever since. he is a no nosence dentist tells the truth not want u want to hear does not embaresse u makes u feel comfortable and does not enduce pain. It is always a pleasant experience going to see Dr. Gulu. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. Lori always shares about her family and asks about mine. Then she focuses on making me have spectacular white teeth and a smile - Dr. Gulu checks with a gentle touch and care. It is possible to have a pleasant experience at the dentist.

I absolutely love this dentist office. Mary at the front desk is phenomenal. I really enjoy going. They are so warm and inviting. This office has more of a family feel rather than a doctors office. They sent me a gift card to city bbq after referring someone to them. I drive 30 min just to be able to go to them. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Southwest Dentistry 2 years ago by a family member, and was glad I took her suggestion. The staff are so friendly, informative, and do such a good job, no matter what kind of service they are performing. Dr. Gulu is a wonderful dentist. I moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I received a promotional postcard in the mail with a great offer from Southwest Dentistry so I made an appointment. The employees only see you twice a year but they make it a point to remember you and build a relationship! Dr. Gulu is quick and informative and knows what he's doing! Glad to have found a new dentist!

I used to hate going to the dentist and Dr Gulu and his staff completely changed that for me. I used to hate even going in for a cleaning. They do very well on cleanings and are very gentle and painless. The office is warm and inviting which makes it that much easier to go inside. I recently had 5 fillings taken care of by Dr Gulu and he made the process very comfortable and pain free. He gave me the option to raise my arm if there was any pain at all, and other dentists never gave me this option. The doctor even has a great sense of humor which is very difficult to find! Overall, I love my new dentist and his staff and would recommend them to anyone!
